Join your colleagues for this year's Math Project Saturday Series:  Bring Thinking to the Classroom!

  • Investigate methods to support student engagement through thinking tasks
  • Discover learning activities and lessons that are relevant for all students
  • Create assessments and rubrics that provide meaningful feedback and information for students and teachers
  • Analyze proven research methods that strength students’ conceptual understanding
  • Explore ways to “accessorize” your current curriculum to “fit” the new Mathematics Framework.
  • Reimagine Building Thinking Classroom teacher moves for your classroom.
  • Engage in self selected afternoon mini sessions that allow you to choose the topic that best suits your needs. 

Dates and Details:

  • Series Registration Fee:  $300 / educator; $500 for teams of two from the same school or district*, payable via credit card or school / district Purchase Order or Check.**
  • All Saturday Series sessions will be held at at the Tech Hub at the Da Vinci Charter Academy, 1400 East 8th Street, Davis, CA.
  • Sessions will begin promptly at 9 am each day, and conclude by 3:30 pm.  
  • A continental breakfast and lunch will be served each day.  
  • 2025-26 Dates:
    • October 11, 2025
    • January 10, 2026
    • March 14, 2026
    • May 2, 2026
